What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Our charters come with a trained crew, essential safety gear, fuel costs covered, and complementary refreshments. Depending on the charter, for example, sunset voyages might include upscale appetizers while business charters may offer work-related amenities and catering.
When should I make my reservation?
To guarantee availability, it's best to schedule your charter 2–3 weeks prior, particularly during high season (May–September). For company gatherings or private festivities, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance allows us to accommodate any special requests.
What if the weather is bad on the day of the charter?
Your safety is our utmost concern. Unfavorable weather as determined by our captain will result in offering an alternate charter date or granting a full refund. We keep an eye on the weather forecast and will reach out to you if uncertain conditions present themselves 24 hours in advance of your scheduled departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you can bring your own provisions. We also provide first-rate catering services tailored to your taste. For safety reasons, we ask that you avoid bringing items in glass containers onboard.
Do your yachts accommodate individuals with mobility challenges?
We're committed to serving all our guests. While some vessels are better equipped for accessibility, contact us with your requirements, and we will direct you to the most appropriate yacht and make any necessary preparations.
Could you explain your cancellation policy?
Cancellations done 72 hours before departure are fully refundable. Those made 24–72 hours before we return half the price. Any cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded unless it's due to weather-related issues or mechanical difficulties on our end.
